How it works to order and receive your personalized watch:

Choose your preferred Watch. Then click the "Add to Cart" button to proceed to checkout and finalize your order.
Please make sure that you use your best email and phone number (Mobile/Cell preferred), so we can reach you in case of additional questions.

STEP 2

Email the artwork that you want to have imprinted on the watch face to us at sales

aaawatchclub.com and type into your e-mail the text that you want etched on the case back (max. 60 characters incl. spaces). Submitted watch face Artwork should be high resolution whenever possible and in one of these suggested formats. If you need help with this just give us a call at +1 (312) 280-1388 during normal business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST).

That's It! You can Sit Back and Relax! You'll soon receive your Pre-Production PROOF for your approval.

PROOF (MOCK-UP) FOR YOUR APPROVAL

After we've received your artwork, you will get an email from us within 2-3 business days. This email will contain pre-production watch, watch face and case back etching image PROOFS (mockups) showing your artwork on the watch face and your case back etching text. You see exactly what your watch will look like at delivery - before we make it. You then simply confirm your approval of the PROOF (mock up) in your reply to us via email. Once approved, we start making your watch. Your one-of-a-kind personalized watch will ship within 4-6 weeks.
