The watch or clock is warranted for 2 years from date of purchase against defective materials or workmanship. The warranty applies only to the watch/clock movement (internal mechanism) and is limited solely to the repair of the watch/clock movement (internal mechanism). Warranty is void if the watch / clock has been opened by anyone other than ourselves or if the watch has been damaged by abuse/accident. In case your watch requires repair and is within the warranty period, please send the watch, insured, along with a check of money order in the amount of $8.00 for return postage and handling to FOTOWATCH Returns, 205 N. Michigan Avenue, Suite 810, Chicago, IL 60601. Be sure to include this warranty and a precise explanation of the nature of the problem. FOTOWATCH cannot be held responsible for merchandise which is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. You should expect to receive your repaired watch back 3-4 weeks after it is received by Fotowatch.
